6. Delivery failures and delays
6.1 Common causes of delay
- Detention or inspection by customs authorities
- Extreme weather conditions
- Logistical peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday)

6.2 Absence on delivery
In the event of the customer's absence :
- A delivery notice will be left with details of how to collect the goods (new attempt or relay point).
- A maximum of three beyond which, the parcel is returned to sender.

7. Delivery incidents
7.1 Damaged product
In the event of receipt of an obviously damaged parcel:
- Refuse the parcel and request that it be returned to the sender.
- Send a photo to contact@marcomoretti.fr within 48h of the attempted delivery
After verification, a free replacement or a full refund will be offered.
7.2 Lost or blocked parcels
If, 15 working days after dispatch, the order has still not been received:
- Contact customer service
- A logistics inquiry will be opened with the carrier
- If the parcel is declared lost, a new shipment or a full refund will be made.
8. Customs clearance and import charges
8.1 Customs liability
The outside the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States may be subject to local customs duties and local taxesset by the administration of the country of destination.
These charges :
